Daniel Oginsky is an executive leader and entrepreneur with varied experience as a corporate executive, small business owner, energy professional, lawyer, non-profit founder, and developer. His career has focused on working with people to build things that matter.

Daniel’s career started as a lawyer, focused on electric and natural gas matters. He then served 15 years as a senior executive at a growing energy infrastructure company, where he discovered a passion for the growth aspect of business. Since 2020, he has focused on building small businesses. These efforts produced Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage, built Heartmonic, and helped other founders in their growth journeys. He also started and leads a non-profit to acquire and restore an historic offshore lighthouse in Lake Michigan.

Daniel leverages his experiences to support founders, executives, and growing organizations as a fractional executive, strategic advisor, and thought partner. He provides executive support, helps build strategy, creates organizational structure, and simply serves as a trusted sounding board that many leaders quietly need.
