Heartmonic's two properties, Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage, were built with that in mind. Together they form a physical home for the Heartmonic community, offering space for meetings, focused work, creative pursuits, strategic retreats, and meaningful connection. Members have access to both, and we invite all our Heartmonic clients to use these spaces too. The community of residents, members, and visitors that has grown up here truly is something of which we are most proud.
Brighton Light House
Brighton Light House is a beautifully restored historic property in downtown Brighton offering co-working, meeting, and event space for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives. The space is warm and well-equipped, with a character that puts people at ease and in the right frame of mind for the work at hand.
The facility accommodates up to 45 people indoors, with a range of room configurations suited for executive meetings, team workshops, training sessions, strategic retreats, and community events. Members also enjoy access to beautiful grounds for breakout sessions and quiet reflection.
Brighton Light House is home to a growing and genuinely diverse community of professionals, a regular calendar of enriching programs centered around creativity, wellness, and professional development, and a Holistic Networking Group that meets every other week. Located near I-96 and US-23, it serves professionals from across Livingston County and the broader southeast Michigan region.
All Heart Garage
All Heart Garage is a high-performance warehouse workspace located in the Heartmonic building on Rickett Road in Brighton. The facility offers climate-controlled warehouse storage with 24-hour access, semi-private work bays, and the kind of room to spread out and operate that professionals building physical businesses and creative practices genuinely need.
The people who work out of All Heart Garage are building things, and the space reflects that. Residents also have full access to Brighton Light House, connecting them to both properties and the broader Heartmonic community.

From the beginning, space has been central to what Heartmonic is building. The vision was always to create a whole ecosystem of resources that supports leaders as whole humans, and the physical places where people gather, think, and create are a meaningful part of that.
We have seen what happens when the right people are in an environment that energizes them and brings them together. Connections form. Ideas develop. People leave with more clarity and momentum than they came with. That is what we hoped for when we built these properties, and it is what keeps us investing in them.
